Board terms/participation
Bravo Waukegan Board Members will serve a two-year term to be eligible for re-appointment for two additional terms. Board meetings generally will be held monthly and committee meetings will be held by teleconference scheduled by committee chair.
Financial commitment
Bravo Waukegan Board Members should consider their role as a philanthropic priority. So that Bravo Waukegan can credibly solicit contributions from foundations, organizations and individuals, Bravo hopes to have 100 percent of Board Members make an annual contribution that is commensurate with their capacity.
